Sky Controller Connection To Viewing Device Issue...

I just wanted to post this reminder about the cables used for connecting the Sky Controller and your Viewing Device (phone, tablet, etc.). The reason I'm posting this is because it's been awhile since using my Anafi, and I was having a problem getting the controller to connect through my phone. It kept coming up wanting to use the phone controls rather than the Sky Controller controls. I tried several cables, and it still wasn't working. After thinking about it overnight, I realized that the cable needs to be a data cable, and not just a charging cable. After trying the cable I use to charge my phone, everything worked as it should because the phone charging cable is also a data cable. I've got a pile of cables on my desk, but only certain ones are able to transmit data. Needless to say, I felt like an idiot for not remembering this yesterday, and the frustration I was experiencing trying to get it to work. If you connect a cable, and the FLY box doesn't turn green on the front screen of FF6, then it's not a data cable. I hope this helps someone else that may be having connection problems.

One more thing, if the only data cable you have is micro A usb, there are micro A usb to C usb adapters available, and they work just fine.
