When sky controller 3 command is connected to the cell phone, with the cable, the cell phone charging process begins immediately. So one sky controller 3 unloading. Is there any way to avoid this situation? In my case the cell phone it is a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Thanks in advance for your comments.

If you search the forum you will find some threads discussing this problem.
If your phone and the Skycontroller 3 are both fairly well charged then it should not be a problem.

The link doesn't seem to exist anymore, but you gave me a clue.
So it could be like this, on Android:
'SETTINGS' - Programmer options - Standard USB configuration - USB anchoring.
But it is not, it continues to drain the battery from the control.

There is no way to stop battery drain on the Android devices unless you do a cable mod. This has been discussed many times on here.

There should be an option to only transfer data when a device is connected or a certain program is running.

And that is b/c Parrot did chose to use the USB-A Plug for connecting to the phones.
In case they would have used the USB-C (like Skydio), you could switch it off on USB-C devices.
Blame google, android is not allowing to switch charging off, on "normal" USB (-OTG devices, nothing else is our Phone, with Android, to the remote) connections.
