Warning Led blink red once

I haven't used my bebop 2 for about 6-7 months, just got it out today. When I put the battery on the drone and press the on/off button, the red light flashes once and stops, but when i try to charge it, the charger displays a green light, so I'm not sure what it wrong here. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

If you have a meter, check the battery to see the charge status. Then check each cell to see where its at.
