Ways to keep batteries warm?

So, I fly a Anafi Therm for a public service agency. Where I work it gets to about 25-39 F which give me some issues with the battery. I know DJI and other companies offer self heating batteries and stickers to keep them warm but I wondered if anyone had a hack or found a way to do this with Anafi.

Just keep the batteries in an inside pocket next to your body until ready to fly. Once the battery is providing current they self heat and flying at those temperatures should be no problem, other than the reduced flying time.

If you have a lot of batteries to keep warm just get a small cooler. Add small bean bags that have been heated in a microwave. They stay warm for a very long time. Lay your batteries on the bean bags to keep them warm. If your in a car or truck just place them on the defroster vent for a few minutes to warm them up. Many different ways to keep them warm. The hard part is staying warm yourself LOL
