What is this part for?

This piece came with my Mambo and I know it will snap in on top of the Mambo but what is it's purpose? I can't find anything on it.

I don't have a Mambo, but the shopping center has some.
Can't you put some "stuff" on it, to make it "even cooler"?

That was a good idea though. I looked the gun up and you are right, it is not a part for the gun or the FPV camera. I will probably use it to mount my own FPV camera then.

I think this part is intended to carry a small sheet of paper. You can perhaps write "I love you" on that paper, fly to your boy/girl friend and let him/her read.

I did think about that at first but the clip part has too big of a gap to hold a single sheet of paper. But I think you are right as I cannot come up with a better solution.
