Why does the standard battery charger get a bad rep?

It looks like a balanced charge to me. When you take the plug out of the charger but still leave it in the battery that is each individual cell there that you measure on the 4 pins.

I seeeee! If you measure the unloaded voltage out of the top of the charging brick the voltages are all over.
EDIT: looks like the BMS is in the stock battery. Which is bad engineering, it is adding weight to the drone. Even worse though aftermarket batteries don't have a built in BMS.
