Thats a stiff YES! The BB2 Power "SUPPLIED" with LiPo and LIHV. You want the LIHV but you have the LIPO.

4.35v vs 4.2v, the charges are 13v yes. The LIHV will charge to 13v where the LiPo will charge to 12.6 give or take, the BMS will do its thing. If you are really interested in LIHV, than you can look for the LIHV version of the BB2P battery and sell your current LiPo one.

It looks like you have a BEBOP 2 Power, SK2P controller with the HD battery but the charger isn't a HD Charger. The 3350mAh Bebop 2 Power battery is also LiPo. The cells in the battery you pictured are correct.

Could you please, advice what all you have tried so I can advise if there are some other things yet to try. Also what firmware version is on the ANAFI. Usually how they work is they Sync the details from the control device. Time, date, country etc. So something is not aligning.

Could you possibly try. Factory reset the ANAFI, ensure your app is online and connected with the controller. The initialisation should pull the date and time during the process. If this does not work, repeat the process but with the controller off and only the Phone / tablet connected directly...

The Anafi does not have a battery like the BEBOP and BEBOP 2/2P. I leave one battery on the drone to eliminate the time / date reset issue.
