Hi PoliYa I found out how to make a hard reset on Bluegrass. You turn it on, and then you press the start button for more than 10sec, until it goes blinking red. This is an answer i got from Sensfly. I checked it and it worked!

I ll let you know for sure if I find something. But Sequoia uses a completely different memory than BG. It has its own 64GB internal memory and also an SD card. Bluegrass uses another 32GB internal memory for its front camera. They are two different things.
