I fly dji M600 Pro drones and they have approval in Controlled Airspace and Near People, they also have no sensors. They were not approved over people however. The Anafi might qualify since it's so small, not sure what Parrot is going for.

Huh... I registered my Anafi on the 15th and there is no sign of Parrot having made a declaration yet. Maybe I'll get an email in a few days.
