I received my email from the govt.Pending info from Parrot.
We shall see what if any advanced criteria Parrot can meet with no (?) sensors

I fly dji M600 Pro drones and they have approval in Controlled Airspace and Near People, they also have no sensors. They were not approved over people however. The Anafi might qualify since it's so small, not sure what Parrot is going for.

I see the Parrot "Thermal" "rotary wing"is approved only for controlled airspace.
Unsure if this is the Anafi Thermal or the Bebop Thermal....
