Skydreamer was correct: the USB port broke away from the board. Noticeable only using magnification. The real problem now is the fact that when it broke away, the 2 center pads (data) pulled off the copper pads on the board, and left only VERY tiny places to solder wires to. I'm talking 0.025"...

I concur with you, AnafiPilot. I only had to return my 1st Anafi, but they were very helpful and timely with a new replacement under warranty.

I used to use the usb C to usb PC port to transfer, but it does require the Anafi to be powered on. This unfortunately draws down the battery while the transfer is happening. I'm finding it much easier to simply remove the memory card gently, transfer the files and reinsert it afterward.
