    Bad spring in Canada and then I was sick for most of summer, so this was the first attempt. No I haven't flown it . I have since upgraded iPhone to an 8. any help would be appreciated.

    In trying to fly the first time. With controller and iPhone attached, go thru app and get to a screen about notices etc from Parrot with yes/no. I tried both and I get "fail to register" message and I cannot get passed this screen. First email to support, no answer, second I get acknowledgment...

    Aly423, I thought that the problem was because I was using a old iPhone 5c. I decided to upgrade to an 8 and it still is happening. I will be eager to see if you make any progress.

    Thanks fore the replies I received. I learned the following: - from the forum that I can fly without signing into Freeflight on my iPhone. - from Parrot support that my iPhone (5c) is too old to sign-in and I need to update.

    I am a new owner and couldn't log in. Seems that Parrot has a software problem and that there are other models and users that had the same problem. Still waiting, though less patiently, for the fix.
