problem getting started

In trying to fly the first time. With controller and iPhone attached, go thru app and get to a screen about notices etc from Parrot with yes/no. I tried both and I get "fail to register" message and I cannot get passed this screen. First email to support, no answer, second I get acknowledgment but after 3 days no response.
Does anyone have any ideas on my problem?

Have you not managed to fly the Anafi since you bought it and posted in January that you were having problems?

Bad spring in Canada and then I was sick for most of summer, so this was the first attempt. No I haven't flown it . I have since upgraded iPhone to an 8. any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry that you have been ill and I hope that you are better.
I use an Android phone myself which can get a similar message due to an .obb file being missing which stops the app talking to Google Play (I think) but Apple devices do not use the same file system.I am sure that an Apple user will be along soon and be able to help you.
