I did the hard reset (hold down battery button, 4 red lights release). Will try the soft reset today and post any results. Edit: Did both soft and hard reset, no joy. Camera no image, gimbal no intialize, green gimbal/camera in the overview screen of the drone. Still suspect the ribbon cable.
