You´re right... Just checked the analogue Video Downlink Frequencies of my "ye olde Hubsan H109s", and Channel 165 is exactly in that Frequency Range.....

I'm not the big Fotographer since I have an Anafi thermal, but your issue sounds like a white balance problem. You can manually white balance by either choosing a preset or even by choosing a custom Kelvin. This way your colors can be changed the way you want it to be
