Using my I Pad I was able to get Anafi working but the controller is still updating. Not sure what my work around should be. All else fails, can I fly with Ipad alone?

I had Parrot USA. Now reading reviews, no one can get it to work. I tried using a link to an old version that someone posted but it will not load on my phone - too old. One of the drones seemed to sort of connect to drone, the other does not Thank you so much for trying to help!
