Yes, I'm sorry to hear about your crash. I'm now running 1.6.7 on the new replacement with no battery updates. They have escalated my case concerning the updates. Meanwhile they say it is safe to fly the drone. So far, no issues.

I'm not sure about the version since the drone and control are shipped out. I did not upgrade the battery in the field. It did allow me to choose to do that upgrade later.
