Just completed my basic exam. First try: 91%. Made a couple stupid mistakes. Registration was 5 bucks and only a couple minutes. Overall, the licensing and registration for Canadians doesn't seem like that big a deal. The advanced exam might be a different story though....

I decided to go with a Yuneec skyview. Clincher was it being able to accept HDMI from any hdmi source. I also like that it's a wired connection to the skycontroller 1. Less wifi signal banging around to cause interference with flight controls and video feed.
