I have 2 red lights on my battery. The drone seems to turn on. Fan always runs, no crash. I can connect and zoom, move the gimbal but cannot take off. I have tried to reset the battery and have got nothing.

Can you supply a bit more information?
Has this just happened? If so did you run the battery down low the flight before?
What percentage charge does the FF6 app report for the battery?
What lights show when you try to charge the battery?
If you have a multimeter can you measure the voltage across the battery terminals?
