My new Anafi AI. Purchased from Florida Drone Supply is having issues ever since firmware update. 2 different batteries. It doesn’t matter. And FLORIDA DRONE SUPPLY is no help on this or any other Drobe I have purchased from them. Ever since selling me a Drobe for $8K more than it was actually selling for at the time of sale. When I called them out and told them to take the Drobe back they offered a resolution then never followed through. They dragged it out over a year and now……..no warranty, no drones, out a total of $20K now I am beyond frustrated and I’m searching for help.
