I am sorry to hear your Anafi has become incapacitated. You should first of all examine if there is still warranty on the machine and work from that. If you think it's something D.I.Y. You should provide some more information on what is happening and not happening.

Afaik, Amazon won't replace the drone if it drops or get lost due to interferences, even if there are no pilot errors.
