Anafi USA Sky Controller not connecting

Hi guys, I have a Parrot Anafi Gov drone with standalone Sky Controller. When I power up the controller and the drone they do not sync. I am getting no blue LED light at the top of the controller screen like normal. I tried to do the reset of holding the power button down for 15 seconds and I’ve also connected the controller to the drone with the USB-C cable. Any ideas?

Apparently just slapping your controller makes it work.

Did you get anywhere with this problem? I'm experiencing the same thing and I've tried everything. Pulled the SC3 apart and checked solders, all good.

Yeah I just slapped the controller and it started working again.
