i have 3 bebop 2 batteries, one of them shut down during flight and 2 others doesn't charge to 100%

are you using the stock charger? How old are the batteries? Have they been unused for a period of time? You may just need new batteries.
I use the original bebop 2 charger, the batteries has more than 1 year, I use the drone more than 1 time in the week
My guess is your batteries are out of balance. You would need to get a cable like this:

That's what the cable I posted is for. The battery tester can tell you the voltages of the cels and can also balance them.
