Does anyone have any information on flying with airplane mode on or off? I have seen 2 videos on this subject and still not sure which is more beneficial.

im always in plane mode when flying my drone! with or without sc2, less interference and you will get more distance.
in populated area go into settings in the ffp and chose a free wifi channel manually.
i got 1550m with sc2 until i lost connection.

I didn't have good luck when I tried plane mode. Will try again. Also when in flight plan do I turn on plane mode before or after take off. I had turned plane mode on before take off with flight plan & had problems?
