Best video setting

Hi,
in your opinion what is the best setting for video recording and then post-production with adobe premiere?

I mostly use P-Log and color grade it adobe premiere. I just use 4K and do not like the HDR video setting.

And the "High frame rate" mod is better than "cinema" mod? Thanks

High frame rate will only give you 1080p but it will also give you 60FPS which in my opinion is better for when the Anafi Yaws you don't get that jerky video happening or not as bad. I try very hard to not Yaw to fast and my 4K comes out pretty good. Sometimes you just can't help but to Yaw fast I have most of my settings for the aircraft set very low as photo video UAV's are not meant to speed around. I find 12-13 MPH will give you a nice smooth video.
