Can the "aperture" be adjusted on the Anafi from the controller like you were able to do on the Bebop 2?

Or is there an "automatic exposure " in the drone itself?
Is there an option in the software for the drone to purposely under or over expose from the "automatic exposure" on the drone (if it has one)?

You can't from the controller, but in the app you can set exposure compensation (EV). The phyical aperture is fixed at f/2.4 so it adjusts the exposure time. You can also set the ISO sensitivity.
