Can't transfert média thru iPhone 16 or Macbook M4 with macs 15.5

Hello every one,

It's in the title. I cannot drop media from the bebop 2 to my phone ormy mac.
wifi is propely connect between them.
on Freeflifht, when I start de transfert, it's says it is preparing t but the weel will turn for ever.
And when I connect the done by cable to my mac. It is not recognised.

Any Help ? Thanks a lot in advance !!
