I think the man should be in rehab for illegal drugs or alcoholic, provided he should not be locked up in a closed ward on a mental hospital instead.

They will be blaming the bad weather on drones soon!
Do they seriously think that a drone would have the flight time to follow a tanker all the way to a delivery address, which may be on a remote farm, when it is much easier to follow the tanker in a car?
