Ok so I’ll start by saying my drone had a minor bump the other day and since then won’t start up. The battery lights flash on but usually I would expect the fan to kick in but everything just powers down. The beggar is, that I’m travelling a long long way from any tech hands on help… I’ve removed the back and all cables appear ok and in place…. I’ve reinitialised the battery… any help by remote please (I have the ANAFI tool kit so all good)

Could you fully describe what you can buy a "minor bump"?
Is there any visable damage to the drone or battery?
Have you carefully inspected both sides of the battery connector for damage or bent pins?

I was being a little cavalier bringing the drone back in sport mode and forgot that the drone didn’t stop like it did in cinematic mode and it got tangled in a bush - the drone dropped 50cm and has no visible signs of damage (although the battery did eject when it fell). I tried a couple of replacement batteries too - will check the bent pins suggestion though, good shout!
So checked the battery and the pins and all looks fine - the battery goes full 4 green lights for 3 seconds and then powers off. If it is the fan connector that is loose, how easy is it to get that vertical board out (as I can’t find any online videos relating to this section). The videos are about taking the arms off and replacing motors but not necessarily replacing the fan or checking those connectors lower down that board. Thanks for your help so far

The fan has 2 connection points that can come disconnected in a crash. One on the main board and one of the LED board. If it is shutting down maybe reset battery. If it is not working at that point, there are bigger problems.
