No guarantees. I have a Nexus 7 which worked with Go4 app. Later updates caused occasional dropouts of video but it still works. It does not work for Anafi, just black screen. It has a quad core processor as well. Also my 10" Fire tablet works with Go4 app but not Anafi.
Try unplugging the USB and plugging it back in. Works for me as I get a black video screen when the Anafi boots up and connects until I do this with my Samsung Galaxy J3
