How can I pay for "Flight Plan?"

I just spent 10 minutes navigating around on the controller app. Can't find a way to enable flight plan. Thanks for any help.

Open the app , swipe from right to left with your finger and tap " In-app shop" ta da . ( Should work if you don't have firmware issues.)
