I am on Windows 10 like most people (64bit)I have downloaded Flight data manager 4.1.8 and installed on my laptop and it runs without issue.Try downloading again from the official site and reinstall on your computer. I have not heard of others having issues. May also be worth temp disable your AV just in case its giving a false positive
