Can you clarify your question please. FlightDataManager is working fine for me and many others. what is the issue you have around using FDM
I am on Windows 10 like most people (64bit)
I have downloaded Flight data manager 4.1.8 and installed on my laptop and it runs without issue.
Try downloading again from the official site and reinstall on your computer. I have not heard of others having issues. May also be worth temp disable your AV just in case its giving a false positive
