If the battery does not "survive" a fw update: put it back into the bird, but already connected to a charger!

I updated the bird and the batteries a week ago, or so.
The first 2 batteries did well, the third refused to restart the bird.
Just did shut it down but never woke it up.
I thought: Ok, that is the impact battery, which was already refusing to switch the bird of, so perhaps it is damaged!

Just these days I grabbed it, it was hibernating, I plugged it in to the charger and these weird sequence started again.
1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 4, 1 .. 2 .. 3 .. 4, 1 . 2 . 3 . 4, 1 2 3 4 , 1234123412341234, off (something like that ;-)

Just this time, during this sequence I plugged it back in to the bird:
It restarted, reset, 3. battery back alive.
Right now it is normally charging!

Not sure if that was a lucky try, but I think I remember I have read about that this was troubling another pilot, here.
Just can't find it!
It is worth a try, to restart the last part of the FW update this way, again.
 
Na, not really! I wanted to "walk" my new bird, but it was raining today, all day!
 
I was also looking at the Air 2 but decided to keep a grip on my money until after the Parrot announcement. I know its likely to be aimed at Prosumer and Military, but just hoping they have a trick up their sleeve for the hobby flyer.

I don't think it is fair to compare both birds directly!
The next generation Anafi would be the target, like the last generation Air was it for the "actual Anafi". And it did good there. So I expect a new Anafi, follow up model, to do good, too!

I had just 3 batteries of air time yet, but it is very promising!
But it will never be able to take a 90 degree to the sky picture.
And Anafi has the flight plan feature, extended via abants work, while the Air 2 will have to wait for Litchi.

Just that much: you pay (a bit?) more, you get (a bit?) different and more.
The reactions to the remote input is so much better. But that is also true, comparing the Mavic Air, Mavic Pro, Spark remote to the remote of the Air 2.
I'd still say, the Anafi is a valuable companion.

I put up some "little planets" from same location, different days, to compare, get an idea:

First 2 are from the files out of the bird.
Just: The Air 2 is creating the 360-Sphere-flat picture while capturing.
It adds automatic the missing part of the sky to it, too ;-)

And the Air 2 was set to jpg's, too.

Obviously very different light situation. Anyway, both is "acceptable" to me
