It was a reference to a terrestrial video source. In other words a camcorder "locked down" on a tripod.

The idea had occurred to me since I don't have another camcorder. I did once hand hold the Anafi while wandering through a building site that could not possibly have been flyable without a certain crash. It worked....sort of. Kind of jittery. I imagine one could cut a square of plywood and glue a nut in it that the tripod screw would go into. Then just turn on the Anafi, place it on the plywood and point it in the right direction for a static shot.
