My sky controller 2 and my red and black bebop 2 will not pair up.

I cannot get my controller 2 and bebop 2 to connect. Cannot get any apps to work. My parrot does put out wifi and my phone will connect to wifi. I can't get controller or phone to do anything with it at all. The app just says "synchronization failed". Over the last 10 years I've lost 2 bebops in flight. I'm very frustrated with this. I feel as though Im about done trying. I want to give it one more try. I'm needing help from a veteran pilot please.

you need to use an USB cable between controller and the parrot and wait 2 to 3 minutes, after this they will be syncrinized. (micro usb in the drone and the usb in the skycontroller)

For android maybe you need to use an older phone. We have a thread about this here How to install FreeFlight Pro 3 v5.2.7 on newer Android phones or tablets (tested on Android 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15)

Ok check it out move the free flight app into your phones files labeled odd move it there and try the app again
