Parrot believes it has the right to exchange your new non-working warranty drone for an old refurbished one, as long as it is fully functional. Imagine, you buy a new car, it breaks down, you return it to the dealer and the dealer gives you back a five year old but fully functional and reworked car and says that this is normal and now you will drive this car. So, stay away from Parrot, I don't like DJI, but I think they wouldn't allow themselves to treat their customers like this
