orignial sd card showing error

Hi i bought my anafi drone opened via amazon and it all looks good. Took it for a small test flight in the garden and all works well except I have an SD card error. I have seen many videos about how to clear the error by installing the original sd card and then reformatting but I only have one sd card and it is the original! Help please!

If the card is recognized in the drone, you can format it with the FF6 app.
If not, you should format it first with a PC with FAT32, then again in the drone.
Then reset the drone and all should normally work.

Thanks for the quick response, I formatted the SD card on a windows 10 laptop and it shows as complete, I am still unable to format on the Parrott. The touch screen tabs either side of the SD Card error message works fine but not the SD card tab.

Format the sd card and it should clear the issue, that is what i did. I hope that helps!
