after my crash with old parrot i got replacement from the person i bought it from...the anafi is new and unused but without warranty. only EU

I do not need another Anafi but I am interested to know how you have managed to get a replacement new Anafi so quickly, as you only crashed it last Monday 7th October, as you had bought it second hand. Did Parrot excel themselves and replace it quickly or did the seller give you a brand new one to replace the second hand one that crashed?
