Yeah, the e-mail without a link is what you get if you have requested it previously in the 10-day period and they (think they) already sent you a link for the download. I really wonder why you can't just download the data right away anytime you want it, it's not like it's the 90s and storage and bandwidth are expensive or the technology doesn't exist. I'm happy with the drone, but with the rest of the experience and from what I read about them here, we don't have to worry about Parrot's product and service quality much longer

PS: I resorted to manually storing every single flight log in my Google Drive account. I'm just lucky this is all for work and I get paid to do it.
