Quick update: I called again Parrot's support today after 9 days of waiting (I was promised a 48h turnaround).
I am French, calling a French number (in Paris) and talk to a person only able to speak English (I asked but they are not allowed to say where they are located). The number is +33 148036069 for those who wish to talk to an English speaking person.
No updates, no news, the problem does not seem to be registered in what the tech support people have access to.
Basically all I got was a promise to get back to me after another "urgent" request has been sent to the head office and forwarded to the developer (external?)
