Revolve/rotate simultaneously?

Has anyone been able to rotate while revolving around a central point? I cannot for the life of me do this although I never had a problem performing this with any of my other drones.

Two things happen: Distance from center increases, and every time I try to balance left and right stick input to keep the central point in center of frame, it seems the one input actually interferes with the other so center just keeps ping-ponging to the left and right.

I notice there's no option for this type of flight in the automated settings so I wonder if this is just a shortcoming of the aircraft.

Try to use "touch & fly", Point of interest (POI). The drone will always face the subject (must be stationary) and you can use the sticks to fly however you want. You can even do smart dronies, like dolly zoom on it
