Hi All
Please can some one help this doing my head in.
So I bought a bebop 2 with sc2 second hand on ebay, the drone is awesome by using my phone to controle it.
So I plugged the sc2 in to charge and i just get red/green lights after A while I turned the sc2 on and nothing no power, so I guessed the battery was duff and bought a brand new one- so the new battery had 30% of power in it and the sky controller turned on hooked up to my phone all good.
So i then went to charge it and get same thing no charge - So i then buy a brand new charger and guess what still the same.
So I can only guess there is a problem between the jack port and where the battery plugs in .
Any help would be nice - even if it was a cable to go from the charging block that plugs into the battery and not the controller .

Thanks for looking

Al

Just for any one who has a similar problem I volt tested this tonight , charger is fine but where the battery plugs in I am only getting 0.5 volts out , so I am guessing the circuit/b is fooked.
Any one selling a skycontroller 2 let me know.

Thanks

Al

I too have and issue, the charger seems to start charging but after a short time, the RED light just goes out. Never goes to green?? Don't know if getting Sky 2 to full charge or not.

Does anyone know a source for the Parrot battery connectors?
Thanks
Richard

Hi Richard
I have looked every where for a charger just for the controller batteries but with no luck.
I had mine looked at by a techie guy and he tested my charger etc but we found that when you test the volt out put where the bat plugs into we were only getting 0.5 volts when it should be 7.4, after talking to a drone specialist who said it may be possible to rig up a charger with the right connectors etc the cost would nearly be the same as a new sky controller2 .
I have a second hand one arriving tomorrow so hopefully this will sort it out.

Mine did it also! Red and green flashing. Could be wrong polarity or wrong voltage. needs tobe 12 vdc and positive in middle. Mine was too high a voltage
. I made one and problem gone.

Your tech is wrong. SC2 plug needs to be 12 volt positive in middle. The sc2 regulates batt charge
