Tablet for disco

Hi folks, I'm new to the drone world but just picked up a good used disco after much searching - it's arriving in a few days!

I wanted to download Freeflight Pro to my phone but it tells me the app won't work with the newer android 13.
I guess I'll get on eBay and buy an older tablet (looking at something like a 8" Lenovo M8 on android 9), and my question is how can I be sure the app will work on it?
Would greatly appreciate either advice or recommendations on a tablet that will definitely work!

I have a google super pad 2.2011030 2 build frf85b model disco. The speakers are very weak like playing inside the pad but not outside buds work fine.. Also keep on getting err301 when looking for updates to the op system. anyone have any ideas. Also can not get some things like air combat to load off the market, they will download but will not install,, ideas ?
