unable to connect the drone to the remote control

After several perfect flights, the connection between the drone and the remote controls is not available.
The camera can be moved, but I cannot do anything more. No video display return.
I switched off the drone and the remote, but unsuccessfully.

Any idea about this trouble ?

When you open up FF6 at the top you will see two icons. One is the Anafi and the other is the remote. Click on the remote and it will bring you to a new page where it lets you reset. Hopefully this will work for you.
