Ji It’s working!! My L bracket is clearly bent and I also noticed the front of the camera was catching the bottom of the bracket on initialisation. Gave it a gentle pull to try and straighten it/bring it away from the bracket and it now works as it should :) Hopefully it isn’t a temperamental...

and you think it is as simple a fix as that? just some dirt on or around the gimbal? I really hope so and will give it a go but what else do you think it could be if that doesn’t work?

So... I opened Anafi up and seated the connections to the camera again for a 12th time !! And it finally worked as it should. However, I have now used it and actually had a crash and have a new issue... When I turn the drone on - the camera tries to calibrate then stops at a downwards right...

Possibly yes. But I have tried a couple of different cables to connect phone to controller. Also has no video feed when just connecting to drone via WiFi without controller.

I took the 4 arms’ cables off, and the GPS connector. As well as the two flat connections. But they all went back where they’re supposed to and everything works fine except the camera. Like I say, i can calibrate the gimbal and EVERYTHING but just have no feed and a black screen?

Yes 100% sure the connection has been made. Like you say it’s nearly impossible for it to not be connected properly when it is in place. I don’t know if my cable is now damaged or something, do you know if I am able to get a new cable and fit it quite easily without it not being compatible?

I only got a clear signal once and it was for 10/20 minutes until I tried to take off. Don’t know why I managed to get the clear signal as I did nothing different to the other times. I may take the motherboard back out and try putting it together again.

Yes I noticed it was those 2 connectors which would be the issue but have had it on and off multiple times and it just won’t work. Camera steadies itself as normal etc but just a black screen. Managed to get video feed once for 10 mins and then when I pressed take off it went again.

Which 2 connectors would this be? I presume the one shown on the post above and the one next to it (both flat connections) are the ones that lead to the camera?

Hi All, My Anafi had an issue with one of the arms not locking out, and I got no help from Parrot so decided to purchase a replacement hinge and fix it myself. I opened up Anafi and correctly undid the parts I needed to before replacing the hinge. Mission accomplished... until I put Anafi back...
