Anafi Camera

I've been given a parrot Anafi as a present . it nosedived into ground only from 8' or so .
Now all it does is say "vertical camera fault" , and to ring parrot who are difficult to contact.
Has anybody had any success with rectifying this fault at all ?

I seem to remember one member had a crash and had the same message. He ended up taking it apart and found a slightly lose connection. There is a youtube video on how to take it apart if you are up to it.
This may or may not be the problem so how you proceed from here is up to you.

Much appreciated . my next step is surgery then. I photozoomed the v.camera and it does look suspect .
