Anafi for Real Estate photography?

As a pro photographer and retoucher, DNG is definitely the way to go. Lightroom can make better color edits to a RAW/DNG file than Photoshop can to a JPG. DNG offers greater flexibility in what you can do to the image and how you save the file. It *almost* allows you to have a second chance at taking the photo!
I currently have the Anafi Thermal. I used it to take photos of utility poles for inspection. I decided to play around with the other settings (DNG) and found that the .jpg images were of a much higher quality. The 'jpg would come in at almost 4K pixels, while the .DNG were in the 640x320 range or something like that. The file size was 4.1 MB for .jpg, and 900 KB for .DNG. The .DNG were extremely grainy. I don't have a photo editing software on my laptop at the moment, but I would imagine they coundn't do much with the .DNG files. Does lightroom fix this, or do I need to change some settings on my anafi?

Thanks for the info. I don't have much experience with photo processing, but I would like to add that to my services at some point.

Interestingly, you don't need to subscribe to the Adobe Photography plan, you can use the Library section of Lightroom Classic for free, for ever! Then, if you search Adobe's site, you will find a freely available program called Camera Raw, that is exactly the same as the editing portion of Lightroom Classic! I get the participants of my photography groups to do this initially.

Make sure you know the ins & outs of your commercial drone piloting laws. I was quite surprised as to the limitations here in this regards. I need to be at a 30 metre radius from anyone. You can not fly over people or crowds, unless you have a drone that will operate if one motor goes out & you need to have a redundant battery also. So that therefore means that only the big boys get to play with that sort of footage, legally!

All those people flying at the beach, parks & even over other peoples houses can be fined quite severely for it, here in Australia Buy Villa in Bali.
For listing photos with your Anafi, switch to Photo mode > JPEG Rectilinear to avoid distortion from the wide-angle lens—this gives a cleaner, more natural look for real estate. As for processing, try using Snapseed (mobile) or Luminar Neo (desktop)—both are more user-friendly than Lightroom and great for beginners. If your Lightroom edits turned out grainy, check that your ISO isn’t too high, and avoid over-editing sharpness or clarity. Also, always shoot in good lighting to reduce noise.
