What is wrong with the Anafi? Parts can be found on Ebay and sometimes Amazon. Videos on how to take it to pieces are also online.
However if it is under guarantee and the crash was not your fault then I would advise you to contact Parrot direct. A phone call seems to get things moving more than email.

Thanks for your help. One Anafi crashed and another got submerged in water so the guts from one was placed into the other and it won't start up. I don't have the time to deal with it so I thought there might be a service out there.

What about just a local hobby shop. Most of those old timers (mom & pop shops) love to play with that stuff.
Most of the repair items are on amazon now if you didn't notice. It would be a great hands on experience and part of the real RC hobby to fix a drone on your own.
