Anafi USA battery not charging

I just bought an Anafi USA that came with 3 batteries, but one of them won't charge. It just sits with one blinking green light. I tried doing a factory reset on the battery by holding down the power button for 15 sec, but that didn't fix anything.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I tried to go through the Parrot customer support on their website, but it requires you to input a serial number for your product, but it won't accept mine.

Their battery has problem by by firmware of battery.
or balancing each cell of battery with very slow operation.
After keeping away some of batteries, fortunately it survived.

But Parrot pretend not to have these problems.
Also GPS Cover was cracked problem by assembled in Factory.

Just charging it with praying god with few days, then it can be survived.
But it's not perfect solution.
